CLIENT SURVEYS

CAG Consultants have used Rachel to undertake client surveys on a number of separate occasions. That in itself reflects how happy we are with the work she has done for us. Rachel is always totally reliable, and delivers the agreed tasks fully and on time and because of the depth of her experience, she is able to participate in developing the methodology we use. She uses her initiative to follow up and draw out issues that arise even if they aren’t necessarily in the script. We would certainly recommend her and plan to use her in the future.

Gerard Couper, CAG Consultants

Brook Lyndhurst commissioned Rachel to carry out a client survey in late 2010. We have strong and long-established relationships with many of our clients and the survey needed to be run sensitively and intuitively. Rachel’s ability to put interviewees at ease and encourage them to discuss both the positive and more challenging aspects of projects meant the exercise delivered maximum value to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or to recommend her to others for similar commissions.

EVENT MANAGEMENT / PROJECT SUPPORT

Rachel coordinated a series of workshops and major stakeholder meetings as part of CAG Consultant’s climate change adaptation work for Liverpool City Council. This involved managing the invitations and responses process, and coordinating support for participants with special needs. Her involvement was crucial in ensuring good attendance at these events. She also provided logistical support on the day for the larger events , ranging from registration, note-taking and small group facilitation. Rachel is a very safe pair of hands. She is highly organised and takes a pro-active and intelligent approach to any assignments she is commissioned to undertake.

Mary Anderson, Director, CAG Consultants

In July 2008, Oadby and Wigston Borough Council appointed CAG Consultants in association with Land Use Consultants, Diverse Ethics and Organising Solutions to undertake and prepare a Faith Community Profile and Places of Worship Needs Assessment. The aims of this work were to provide a comprehensive profile of the Borough’s Faith Communities and provide a needs assessment in relation to places of worship and associated facilities. Rachel Crozier from Organising Solutions undertook a range of expert interviews with stakeholders and helped to manage a complex interview programme. Rachel's work was a valuable contribution to the study, the results of which have informed planning policy formulation, including the preparation of Town Centre Masterplans for Oadby and Wigston.

Thank you very much for the efficient and helpful way in which you organised the Social Inclusion Partnership conference. It was a great help to me that you managed to strike an excellent balance between getting on with the work whilst keeping me informed of the major issues and seeking further guidance only where necessary. It is also to your credit that you secured such an impressive range of national speakers.
Peter Aley, Assistant Director,
Safer Communities, Plymouth City Council

I regularly use Organising Solutions for conducting research (telephone interviews, web-based research etc), organising events and facilitating consultation exercises. Rachel's experience and eye for detail mean I can always be confident that she'll deliver exceptional work. She's a pleasure to work with too!

Tim Maiden, Director, CAG Consultants

As a member of the CAG Consultants team who were managing the consultation element of the North London Waste Plan, Rachel helped to organise consultation events, additional meetings with hard-to-reach groups and local residents, a Sustainability Appraisal Panel and set up information exhibitions in shopping precincts in the seven London boroughs. Given a brief on what was needed, Rachel got on with the organisation, liaising with all the key participants and ensuring that everything was in place for the CAG facilitators, reporting back on progress and raising any unforeseen issues for resolution. Arriving in good time for the event, she got everything set up and key people primed, providing a warm welcome to attendees at events. You know your event has a head start in terms of a successful outcome if Rachel has been involved in organising it.
