Organising Solutions was set up in 2000 and is run by Rachel Crozier based in Bristol.
Before going freelance, she worked for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health as Education Unit Administration Manager, Plymouth Environmental Network as part-time Co-ordinator, Amnesty International as a Research & Campaign Assistant / Team
Co-ordinator, and as an administrator at the UN Food & Agriculture Organisation in Rome.
Despite the vagaries of working on a project by project basis, she enjoys working with independent businesses - self-determined characters with lively minds - and likes to develop long term relationships built on trust. She believes that forward planning, attention to detail and excellent communication ensures that work can delivered to budget and on time. She also believes that work should always contain an element of fun!
After living in both Japan and Italy many years ago, Rachel retains an enduring passion for both cultures, hence the strong Japanese flavour of this site.
A lifelong, enthusiastic supporter of some great environmental and human rights causes including the RSPCA (aged 8), Greenpeace, Amnesty International and last year setting up the Bristol WaterAid Supporters Group, she is about to start blogging for a cleaner marine environment prompted by the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, aka the Trash Vortex travesty.
